Our Mission
Zen Painting LLC is a locally owned painting company with over 25 years in business while Mark Mulqueeney, the owner, has over 35 years painting experience.
Our list of services include Interiors, Exteriors, Cabinet Refinishing, Residential, Commercial, HOA’s, Ranches, Barns, Deck Painting / Staining.
Our purpose is to improve the project we have been tasked to do taking pride in our craftsmanship and client satisfaction. We are committed to quality work at a fair price.
Our Name
I am often asked how I came up with the name Zen Painting and my response (half jokingly) is that I am a Recovering Catholic and just trying to get over the guilt. Actually, I took a lot of courses on Religion & Spirituality in college and found that Zen Buddhism made more sense to my true belief system after traveling abroad learning about other cultures and traditions.
When I got my Painting Contractors License I had to come up with a name for my company and Zen Painting popped into my head almost immediately as did the Logo and tagline.
I am an advocate for people with Special Needs having a son on the Autism Spectrum and fully support Autism Awareness and Giant Steps which is Equestrian Therapy for people with Special Needs
